All the apartments are fully equipped, so you will be comfortable during your whole stay in Barcelona (WFI, a TV, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine, cutlery, beddings(optional), desk). Any required maintenance service is included with no additional charges.

You can modify the rental contract for the duration of your academic course, however, you have to know that for one month of reservation, a 1 month deposit of 100 euro is charged, which will be returned at the end of your stay.

If you want to change flat or room we will offer you the rooms available so you can choose the one you prefer. Regarding the change of dates, it will be necessary to consult with Barna Students Place.

Also you have to know that in the event of visa denial, you have the right to a refund of the paid amount according to the following condition;  notifying a month in advance, you will receive a 100% refund, minus the deposit , by notifying between 15 days and a month in advance you will receive 50% of the paid amount minus the deposit. If you notify BSP less than 15 days, you will not be refunded either the rent or the deposit paid. 

With Barna Students Place you can adjust the rental contract at the time you decide. The minimum stay is 1 month, and from there, you decide!  For example, you can adjust the duration of your academic course without agency fees! Great, right? 

However, you must know that for 1 month reservation ,you need to pay 1 month deposit (€100); if you reserve for 2 months or more, you must pay 2 months deposit (€200). This price doesn’t change and, moreover, you will be reimbursed after your stay. 

It is also important to know that in the event of your visa being denied, you are entitled to receive a refund under the following conditions: 

• If you notify 1 month in advance, you will receive a 100% refund. However, you will lose the deposit. 
• If you notify us between 15 days and one month in advance, you will receive a refund of 50%, you will not receive the deposit. 
• If you notify us less than 15 days in advance ,you will not receive any refund, neither the rent nor the deposit.
